Mr. Trump has promised to do several things in his first 100 days. One is to repeal the Affordable Care Act. He has backed off on this somewhat. Will congress oblige the president by repealing some of the ACA during the first hundred days?

YES if and only if congress passes and Mr. Trump signs legislation clearly overturning one or more major provisions of the ACA (guanateed issue, individual mandate, insurance standards, exchanges, or accountable care organizations)
