Description
This bet will work somewhat like a touch option would. If at any point in 2 weeks the price of bitcoin hits $650 or more per Bitstamp, this bet will resolve as YES.
Decision Logic
Per bitstamp.net, if the price hits exactly $650 or more at any point before the resolve date, bet resolves as YES.
Obviously an early resolution is possible.
