Decision Logic
This bet resolves as "Yes" if the price of Bitcoin is less than $747 USD on 1/1/2015 (bitstamp). The bet resolves as "No" if at anytime the bitstamp price is above $747 USD between 10/10/2014 and 1/1/2015.
