Description
Which Democratic candidate will win the most votes in the contest?
Decision Logic
The candidate to receive the largest share of the votes in the Arkansas Democratic nominating contest will be deemed the winner.
If the election results are close enough to trigger a recount, and a recount is announced prior to the outcome date, then the bet will be settled after the final results are made official and only the final results will be considered in determining the winner.
If no recount is announced prior to the outcome date, then the confirmed or projected winner will be deemed the winning candidate.
AP, NYT, & CNN will be used as the references for a projected/confirmed winner. At least 2 out of the 3 outlets must project a winner before the bet will be settled
