Which Democratic candidate will win the most votes in the Nevada caucus on February 22nd, 2020?
Decision Logic
The candidate to receive the largest share of the votes in the Democrats 2020 Nevada caucus will be deemed the winner.
If the election results are close enough to trigger a recount, and a recount is announced prior to the outcome date of February 14th, 2020, then the bet will be settled after the final results are made official and only the final results will be considered in determining the winner.
If no recount is announced prior to the outcome date of February 14th, 2020, then the confirmed or projected winner will be deemed the winning candidate.
CNN will be used as the reference for a projected/confirmed winner
