Patience, Ben. Even if it's a sure thing, the year isn't over yet. This was a sucker bet, and anyone who voted in favor of it being overturned is completely out of touch... The Republicans will likely leave this issue out there forever as a low hanging fruit to get votes by campaigning in favor of it.
