Will any of the 50 states de facto leave the USA before the end of 2018?

If any of the 50 states is officially seceded from the USA or a state takes part in a civil war to secede from the USA the bet resolves as a YES
If by the end of 2018 the current 50 states are still de facto part of the USA (Even with different names and the same territory), the bet resolves as a NO
If a popular vote decides for a state to leave, but no legal or military action is initiated by the end of the 2018, the bet still resolves as a NO
