Description

Will Trump make any successful recess appointments before August? If he does, this market will resolve to yes, otherwise it will resolve to no.

Decision Logic

If Trump makes any successful recess appointments to his cabinet before August 1, 2024, at midnight UTC-4, this market will resolve to yes. Otherwise, it will resolve to no. Cabinet appointments that are approved via the senate will not count. Unsuccessful attempts at a recess appointment will also not count, only a successful recess appointment will count.

To make it clear, before = before. Meaning if it happens at August 1 at exactly midnight or something, it won't count.
