Bitcoin Block Mining Reward Halving

The Bitcoin block mining reward halves every 210,000 blocks.
When the current mining reward will drop from 25 to 12.5 Bitcoin?

For the resolution of the bet, will be used the timestamp of the first block with a mining reward of 12.5 Bitcoin. The winner option will be:
"Before 16 June" if timestamp is on or before 2016-06-15T23:59:59Z
"Between 16-30 June" if timestamp between 2016-06-16T00:00:00Z and 2016-06-30T23:59:59Z
"Between 1-15 July" if timestamp between 2016-07-01T00:00:00Z and 2016-07-15T23:59:59Z
"After 15 July" if timestamp is on or after 2016-07-16T00:00:00Z
