BTC has been flirting with the 900s all January, but it seems it might come up short to reach $1000. Will BTC be able to climb to $1k or more again before next month is over?

Decision Logic

Yes if before 3/1/2017 (March 1st) in GMT BTC is traded at $1000 or more in bitstamp. No if it stays sub $1000 for the rest of the month.
