Will the price of one Bitcoin rise above $1420 before August 1st 2017 as per Coindesk?
Decision Logic
If resolving early, any 'YES' bets made within 3 days of the outcome will be refunded. 'NO' bets will not be refunded. There is a final 15 days lock in where it is not possible to bet between July the 15th and August the 1st 2017.

Coindesk will be used for this bet. If at anytime before August 1st 2017 a price of $1420.01 or higher is reached this bet resolves as 'YES'.
