This bet resolves as YES if on December 1st bitcoin trades at or below $666.00 according to Coinbase or Bitstamp.
Otherwise NO.
This will be a YES if the price trades at or below 666 at any time on Dec 1st, 00:00 to 23:59:59 EST. This will not resolve early if the price is below 666 before December 1st.
