Decision Logic
For this bet to settle as YES, mined blocks signalling for BU must achieve 75% or higher support for three consecutive difficulty periods.
Hostile or accidental forks to BU do not count as a takeover. Fork in fact not required. The only settlement criteria is three consecutive difficulty periods signalling 75% or above for BU.
