Sorry if title has caused confusion. It will be the price at Aug 31. Otherwise the event might already be decided whilst bidding would still be open.

Title and decision logic are not coherent. Title states "...by end of August 31" and body of DL says "At resolution time..." It can't be both, and to help us out, please clarify. By end of August 31 should mean that at any time before 8/31
