Decision Logic

If the price of bitcoin is less than $600 USD at midnight of June 30, 2014, the "YES" will win. If the price of Bitcoin is more than $600 at midnight of June 30, 2014, the "NO" will win. Nothing before will matter. Only at midnight it matters.
