Description
The conditions of this bet will be satisfied if the price of 1 Bitcoin passes $2017 US dollars by December 31st 2017.
The bet will resolve early if it passes $2017 before the outcome date and 'all bets within 24 hours of the outcome date will be refunded'
Decision Logic
Verification will be based on the recorded daily ticker prices.

If the Coindesk rate closes above $2017 dollars any time before December 31st 2017 the condition will be met the backup for this bet in case of any dispute on coindesk is bitstamp
