Decision Logic
Betting YES means that you believe that Bitcoin will trade over $10,000 on specifically Dec 25th, 2020. (USA Chicago Time Zone. 12:00:01 AM to 11:59:59 PM.)
Betting NO means Bitcoin will not trade over $10,000 on specifically Dec 25th, 2020.
*EXAMPLE: If Bitcoin trades over $10,000 on Dec 24th, 2020, and then dips down to 9500 before midnight, and it fails to reach $10,000 at some point on Dec 25th, the people who bet NO would win.
