Coinbase will be used for price verification. Early solution is possible. "Yes" - bitcoin reaches $ 10,000 on or before October 31, 2018. "No" - bitcoin does not reach $ 10,000 on or before October 31, 2018. Bet runs until October 30, 2018 and resolves the afternoon on October 31, 2018.
