The Dow Jones Industrial Average reached $16,943.81 at close of trading 7/11/14. Will it end up over 17,000 at the end of trading 7/25/14 (Two weeks)?

This bet looks ONLY at the DJIA number at the end of trading 7/25/14. Nothing matters in the interim.

If the $DJIA is AT or ABOVE $17,000 at end of trading on 7/25/14, this resolves to "YES".
If the $DJIA is below $17,000 at end of trading on 7/25/14, this resolves to "NO".
