Decision Logic

Resolves to Yes if Carly Fiorina is still running when Clinton ends her campaign.
Resolves to No if Hillary Clinton is still running when Fiorina ends her campaign.
Early resolution possible.

In a presidential "face off" between the two, the person that is elected will be considered "in the race longer" for decision logic.
