As with the other prop similar to this, this proposition, in spirit (since folks were betting on it as early as November) is to how many EC votes would be ultimately received, not if they would all be counted before 7pm on Jan 6th. The first votes were indeed counted before that time and this outcome was in progress during the specified outcome time/date.

Why was this outcome selected if the votes were not counted by the date of the decision logic? This should be refunded as this bet is regarding the date.
