How many tie-breaking votes for Kamala Harris in 2021?

This is a market on whether or not Kamala Harris will cast 13 or more tie-breaking votes in the Senate this year (i.e. before 2022).

The market will resolve to “Yes” if Kamala Harris submits 13 or more tie-breaking votes for the US Senate in 2021. Otherwise, if Kamala Harris enters less than 13 tie-breaking votes for the US senate this year, No wins.
