Description
According to the Justice Department, no sitting president can be criminally charged. On 20 January 2021, Donald Trump has left the White House for the final time as president thus lifting any barriers for criminal charges against him.
Decision Logic
If Donald Trump is indicted by either federal or state prosecutors before 1 March 2021, it resolves to "Before March".
If Donald Trump is indicted by either federal or state prosecutors before 31 December 2021, but not before 1 March, it resolves to "Between March and December".
If Donald Trump is not indicted by either federal or state prosecutors in 2021, it resolves to "Not indicted".
