Let's wait when there is certainty. Your CNN article infers that a transition could happen, however it does not mean anything.

the electoral college did decide, that's where the vote counts come from. the only thing next is to 'certify' the states votes.

An ascertainment has not yet been made. There is no clear winner based on the process laid out in the Constitution.
Only some media reported that Biden won, not any official .gov organ.
We'll have to wait when the courts or congress or the electoral college decides.
