Description
Will the price of 1 litecoin reach 100 USD at any point in 2017? This bet will resolve early if the price is reached before the deadline.
Decision Logic
The price will be determined by Kraken if Litecoin reaches or exceeds 100USD. If a YES outcome is reached before the deadline, any wagers made within 6 hours of the outcome will be deleted and refunded.
