Will Macron still be president 1 year from the start of this bet?
Decision Logic
If Macron is President of the France on the outcome date, the bet resolves YES. If Macron is NOT President of France on the outcome date, the bet resolves NO. Early resolution possible if Macron permanently ceases to be President for any reason before the Outcome Date (in which case, the bet resolves NO).
