If Marine Le Pen is elected, the bet will resolve as YES.
Should no candidate win an outright majority, a run-off between the top two will be held on 7 May 2017.

If after 7th May she will be the winner of French presidential elections, the bet resolves as YES.
If she manages to WIN (=get enough votes to be the next elected French President) on the first turn and there will be no need to vote again, bet resolves as YES as well.
The bet resolves as NO only if she loses the election. LOSE THE ELECTION = NO = if the next elected French president will NOT be Marine Le Pen.

I'm sorry, I hate to nitpick, but the way you worded that last comment could be misconstrued by people thinking "passing the first turn" simply means "making it into the second turn" (following Zarathustra's use of the word). So you need to clarify that your use of "passing"' = winning the presidency. She either must win the presidency right then and there after the first round (there is no second round), or make it to the second round then win the presidency there. Just confirm this, please.

Hello, as stated in the description, if she passes at the first turn, the bet will resolve as YES.
If she doesn't pass at the first turn, but she wins the presidency on 7th may, the bet will resolve as YES as well.
In any other case the bet will resolve as NO.
I hope it is clearer now.
