*NEW* Last Minute Gorsuch SCOTUS Wager

It's looking like Neil Gorsuch will be confirmed to SCOTUS this week (vote is scheduled for Friday. This bet covers the number of votes Gorsuch will receive in the full senate confirmation vote (not a cloture or procedural vote, but the final vote where each Senator casts a ballot either confirming or rejecting the nominee).

The range containing the correct number of 'Aye' (affirmative) votes will resolve as YES.

N.B. If for whatever reason the Friday vote is delayed for more than a week or two, bets will be refunded. If there is no vote on the nomination because the Democrats pull off a successful filibuster, bets will be refunded. Also in case of a 50-50 tie (which Mike Pence would break as the deciding vote), only senators' votes will count. So if 50 senators vote Yes on Gorsuch and Pence adds his vote to the Yeses to break the tie, the number will be considered 50, not 51.
