Description
With the death of Justice Scalia, will a new Justice be confirmed for the U.S. Supreme Court while Obama is still in office?
Decision Logic
If a new justice is announced while Obama is still in office the bet will confirm as "yes." If no new justice is announced then the bet will confirm as a no. Early resolution is possible if an official announcement from the White House or government source is made.
