Description

Will the total number of bets placed be an odd number or an even number?

Decision Logic

If the total number of bets placed (# of bets for Odd + # of bets for Even) ends in a 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9 -> Odd wins

If the total number of bets placed (# of bets for Odd + # of bets for Even) ends in a 0, 2, 4, 6, or 8 -> Even wins
