The 6 month test on the E-Cat device was carried out in Lugano, Switzerland by mostly Swedish scientists. The report is expected to be published in the coming months.

Decision Logic

The report will state a COP for the test. This bet will be settled based on the COP attributed to the E-CAT in that report.

Andrea Rossi posted on his website that the report probably won't come out until September. The date for this bet needs to be pushed back several months.
