Segwit activated in 2017

Will Segwit activate on Bitcoin in 2017?

By any means, UASF, miner activation or any other method.

Segwit is considered activated once a block is mined containing at least one segwit transaction (a transaction with the signature separated).

For this proposition to resolve as YES the block including a segwit transaction must be unorphaned for 1008 blocks (~1 week).

In the case of a chain split, the fork of bitcoin with activated segwit must be the most valuable chain by market cap at the time the 1008th block is mined.
_
The mining of a Segwit block must be in 2017 UTC for this bet to settle as YES, the 1008th must arrive within 1month after the segwit block and is allowed to stray into 2018.
