The outcome of the bet will be determined by calculating the average of the SC/BTC exchange rate on the two major Siacoin exchanges, Poloniex and Yunbi. If either of the exchanges as defunct by the Betting Deadline, the exchange rate on the remaining exchange will be used. If both exchanges are defunct, the exchange rate on the largest exchange where SC/BTC is traded will be used instead.
