Decision Logic
The proposition will resolve to YES if Susan Rice is confirmed by the US Senate by March 1, 2021 to become the Secretary of State or the Secretary of Defense. The proposition will resolve early, if and when Rice is confirmed and such information is reported on the website of the United States Senate.
