Ted Cruz to run for U.S. President

Ted Cruz has made many friends and enemies in his first term as a U.S. Senator.

If at least two out of three of the following news websites report that Ted Cruz has announced his candidacy for U.S. President, before the Outcome date and time, then the YES option will win. This bet will be resolved soon after any such announcement.
