Description
Per http://www.gasbuddy.com/, the average price per gallon in the United States will be above $4.00 before August 1st. If at any point between the start of the bet and August 1st the price hits $4.00 or more, the bet will resolve as YES. If the price of gasoline does not reach $4.00 before August 1st, the bet will resolve as NO.
Decision Logic
Per http://www.gasbuddy.com/, "Yes" if the average price per gallon in the United States will be above $4.00 before August 1st. If at any point between the start of the bet and August 1st the price hits $4.00 or more, the bet will resolve as YES. If the price of gasoline does not reach $4.00 before August 1st, the bet will resolve as NO.
