Tony Stewart: Charged With A Crime before 9/1/14?

Tony Stewart's Sprint Car ran into driver Kevin Ward and killed him during a race on Saturday, August 9. As of yet, no charges have been pressed and Tony Stewart has been said to be very cooperative in the investigation. If you view the video, some say that it appears to show Stewart purposely running into or throttling towards Kevin Ward as he stood on the track. Will Tony Stewart be CHARGED WITH A CRIME in this incident before 9/1/14. That means on 8/31/14 or prior.

This is not a bet on guilty or innocent it is simply a bet on whether or not he will be CHARGED with a crime in the death of Kevin Ward. This "charge" must be publicly verifiable and must happen on 8/31/14 or prior and if the charge is made on any day prior, the bet will end as a YES, Tony Stewart was charged. If 9/1/14 comes along and still no charges have been made against him the bet will resolve as No.
