Will Tony Stewart be charged with a crime in regards to the accident that happened on 8/10/14? It must be ofically announced in public by a police agency or DA office. Could be any crime, (Manslaughter, 1st Degree, 2nd etc.) ANY CRIME stemming from him hitting and killing Kevin Ward.

Decision Logic

The decision will come at any time during the month of September if Tony Stewart is charged with a crime stemming from the 8/10 accident. Must be verifiable via major news or sport news and must be charged by Police or a DA involved in the case. Any crime means ANY crime stemming from the accident.

Unbelievable... well don't feel ripped off anymore... he was high. If it weren't for the ganja he would have had a chance here but race car driving high? Well, yeah me too. (Sad thing is I lost the August bet too) That's why I made the new bet last until the end of the trial. But yes, the bet was for this month so we will lose unless they get to the grand Jury in a few days which I doubt. But I agree, he is as guilty as they get. I don't think minor charge either. It will be felony neglegience @KoldBane

So will this bet be refunded or will it default to NO? I suppose since it won't be in September most likely that it should be NO, but I still feel a bit ripped off because I have a strong feeling he'll end up with at least one minor charge at the end of it all.

Yes, this outcome is probably known, but going to wait till the end of September anyway. It was announced that the case will be taken to The Grand Jury in the "near future" which is probably weeks to months away.
