This market will allow betting through election day and in the days after as more results come in, and will only resolve after the winner is clear beyond any reasonable doubt.
Decision Logic
Will Donald Trump be the winner of the 2020 U.S. presidential general election? Yes means he will, no means he will not. No means he will not win reelection for any reason, such as death or resignation. I reserve the right to wait for further official, party, judicial or other relevant announcements, reports or decisions to resolve any ambiguity or uncertainty before the market is settled. Early resolution of this market is possible if the final result is known sooner than the betting deadline.

What's funny about that? You should've, if anything was unclear to you. Anyways, AHamilton never said that this bet would be extended beyond EC certification. That was the date was what was on this bet, and it was visible to all. He did give possibilities that you may have been banking on, but those possibilities needed to happen before that date. If you thought it would go past it then yes, you should've asked beforehand. I've been following these comments and I know you didn't.

To everyone that got screwed over. I don't know how much you got f*cked over for but it's probably worth taking half an hour of your time to write up a review on bitcointalk and other websites. Everyone of us googled whether Betmoose is legit at some point and I get the feeling the answer to that search query changed drastically today. We might not get our money back but we can make sure other people don't trust this damned website with theirs.

@cryptoman this bet is on the outcome of the election. The election is not over because of the pending fraud cases. The Insurrection Act was always on the table since before this bet was ever started. If it requires the invocation of that act, and military tribunals to expose the fraud and the traitors Trump wins. It doesn't matter what my "informed" decision is... what matters is that this bet was FAIR, and not terminated early. This bet is not over.

@cryptomam, I have no problem "losing". I do have a problem with early termination. This bet is not over. Insurrection Act always had to have all other channels exhausted before it can be invoked. It is going to be invoked now. And when the fraud is exposed, the traitors are seeing tribunals, and it is proven "beyond a reasonable doubt" Trump won @Avalon, and Betmoose, have one hell of a ****-show on their hands. Everyone here that got screwed has legal grounds to sue.

@Avalon, are you going to risk legal and social media consequences in the scenario Trump wins, but you allowed these bets to be terminated early? REPUTATION is your only real asset. And that could very much be destroyed on social media, by aiding and abetting this fraud through early termination.

There are reasons to believe that Trump may still win the election...first, everyone knows he actually won. Why not give it a little time to see how it resolves??

"The election is over. People voted, those votes were counted, recounted, sued and lost by the losing candidate, and final results certified in Congress. There is no uncertainty about any of that." @Avalon, read the Insurrection Act. That could only be invoked when all other measures failed. Anyone with a calculator and simple math knows this was a stolen election. It had to go through all legal channels before the Insurrection Act could be invoked. THIS IS NOT OVER.

And if this bet is terminated early and Trump is re-elected, I will take this to Betmoose for restitution for not only the bet amount but what I was due, and everyone else who is getting screwed should do the same. @Avalon, you're creating a ****-show for yourself by terminating this bet early.
