This market will allow betting through election day and in the days after as more results come in, and will only resolve after the winner is clear beyond any reasonable doubt.
Decision Logic
Will Donald Trump be the winner of the 2020 U.S. presidential general election? Yes means he will, no means he will not. No means he will not win reelection for any reason, such as death or resignation. I reserve the right to wait for further official, party, judicial or other relevant announcements, reports or decisions to resolve any ambiguity or uncertainty before the market is settled. Early resolution of this market is possible if the final result is known sooner than the betting deadline.

1/20 is the only date in the Constitution related to the election. Here's the thing. If Donald Trump is President in 2 weeks, which I firmly believe he will be, rightfully... then this bet was resolved incorrectly. Right??? "Will Donald Trump win the 2020 Presidential Election?'" is the bet. Also, this bet was supposed to "only resolve after the winner is clear beyond any reasonable doubt." That is NOT the case yet. It's just not. This. Is. WRONG.

If the DL specifies that Trump loses for any reason such as death or resignation (even in the event he got the votes) and the deadline has already been moved once to Jan 7th then the argument that it's about the electoral votes being read out loud is a weak one. Move the resolution to Jan 20th. It doesn't affect the chances of No voters, BTC isn't falling and it's the only date that is constitutionally relevant.

The appropriately named @AHamilton has already stated in his comments that in the event of military intervention the win would go to Trump. The only Constitutional deadline is the 20th. The courts have failed. The cue up for the Insurrection act is happening now. With all those variables at play this bet is not over until post inauguration.

The following line in the decision logic contradicts the end date of 1/6. If this bet cannot be extended to 1/20, then it should be declared invalid. It's misleading.
"I reserve the right to wait for further official, party, judicial or other relevant announcements, reports or decisions to resolve any ambiguity or uncertainty before the market is settled."
