The press does not call the election. One candidate must concede or wait until the president is sworn in on January 20th.

In the interests of fairness to everyone, this proposition should stay open until either one candidate concedes, or January 20th. No sooner than one of those two things. It is clear that this is a contested election and that, no matter what the media says or "calls", legal remedies are still being pursued by Trump. It's really bizarre to me that some of the other Trump bets have already been closed by the prop-makers. If I was in them, I definitely would have disputed.

I'm actually bullish that once the agonizingly slow counting is finished, Trump will concede. There's not really any legal challenges in the works. A couple states will have recounts, but they won't be decisive. Republicans and Trump's own aides are already throwing him under the bus. He will cave by Tuesday.

@AHamiltion The media announced Arizona, then flip-flopped, then flipped back. I'm not going to contest a resolution after either candidate is sworn in because then they are quite literally President, otherwise all other avenues have to be exhausted. Until one candidate concedes or all legal avenues by either side have been attempted, we're still in a toss-up of who has won.

Maybe, but, when do you think they will mount a legal challenge? So far, there are not actually any serious legal challenges. Georgia will go for a recount, but Pennsylvania and Arizona obviously will not. Thus, Georgia is going to be moot.

I think this may be decided in 24-48 hours. Pennsylvania is looking like it won't be all that close, in the end, and once a few more states are called (Arizona, Georgia), there might be a concession, which makes it easy.

Well this went exactly as expected :)
The margins are going to be a fair bit larger than that by the end of the count @FreedomOfTrade PA will go blue by the end I imagine. Mail in blue shift and all that that was expected and indeed, panned out.

I projected all the current vote %ages by county and got that Trump will loose by 124 votes... Will update until it's all counted.

There is no specific pressure for you resolve these if the outcome is unclear. Wait until it is certain then trigger the resolution. We're not going to be jumping in and resolving prematurely to take your host commissions don't worry :)

am i expected to do something? Usually we know the result by the following day, but it might not be the case (unless either Biden or Trump wins both Michigan and Wisconsin, we will need to wait for PA)

Generally speaking outcomes are meant to be known by the outcome resolution time set by the proposition creator. That message just means we will take over verifying the bet's decision logic if the host does not do it themselves in the allotted time. Given that the results will take time to become clear in this bet we're expecting some delays in the hosts being able to properly settle their propositions.
