Will Trump still be president 1 year from the start of this bet?
Decision Logic
If Trump is President of the United States on the outcome date, the bet resolves YES. If Trump is NOT President of the United States on the outcome date, the bet resolves NO. Early resolution possible if Trump permanently ceases to be President for any reason before the Outcome Date (in which case, the bet resolves NO).
