Decision Logic
If Trump is serving as President of the United States on the date of 05/31/2019, the bet resolves Yes. If Trump is not President of the United States on the outcome date, the bet resolves No. Early resolution possible if Trump permanently ceases to be President for any reason before the Outcome Date (in which case, No wins).
