Decision Logic

This bet will solve YES in these cases:
1. Biden will not be president at all.
2. Biden will be sworn into office but he will not be president anymore for any reason up until the deadline.

This bet will solve NO in the only case that Biden is sworn into office as the POTUS and will still be POTUS until the bet's deadline.
//Admin Edit Jan 19: In the case of Biden being sworn in but Trump coming back to overpower or take the office back in any way, this would result as Yes.
