Decision Logic
The candidate that wins 270+ Electoral College votes at the 2020 presidential election will be settled as winner. Any subsequent events will have no effect on the settlement of this market.

If no candidate wins 270+ Electoral College votes, we wait and the person chosen as President will be settled as winner.

If Trump or Biden are replaced as candidates for any reason before the election this proposition will be settled as a Republicans vs Democrats proposition.

We can count the faithless electors on Monday. Its the day the EC votes! Most states have laws against faithless electors though so your hopes are dead on arrival. It's not possible to get enough to overturn the election.

on behalf of trump, and judge have their biases too. trump campaign probably directly involved in less than 6. And really doesn't matter cause all he needs to do is win the big one, trump understands this. This was a coordinated effort in multiple states, it is undeniable. They all share similar themes, similar stories.

Decertification is possible upto January 6, therefore resolution should follow that date, no complaints after January 6, I assure you as that is official announcement date and finalised

I'm sorry you can't tell the difference between evidence (there is none) and he said, she said. The reason I would like this settled on Monday is because the bet SPECIFIES 270+ Electoral College votes as settlement criteria AND says everything else is irrelevant.

SCOTUS has only started hearing the case now texas lawsuit was denied because it wants to hold up election process the court will still look at evidence of election FRAUD we didn't sign up for a bet with no rules, bet must naturally be free of any fraud otherwise Give us back our money, no winner in a fraudulent election

@AvalonOnce again thank you, you seem to be neutral in this and I'll respect your decision. What doesn't give me confidence is that the host of this bet is insulting trump when majority of us put bets that he will be the winner. he seems to be in a rush to resolve this bet, no idea why. Kolo,if you bet on biden(seems like you did) and trump barely wins but turns out he cheated, you'd want time for truth. Are we sure that you weren't the one to resolve the bet early just based on your statements?

And just the tip of the iceberg. All the clues are there if you are interested in the truth. hundreds of affidavits saying same things, covid guidelines abused for power, and so MUCH MORE. Have we ever seen a presidential election with this many fraud hearings? with this many court cases. Biden beat trump in 3 different states with less than 15k votes each, ripe with voter fraud allegations. And you want to resolve this bet in 2 days? what are you smoking? give me some.

Gonna guess the dominion owners are preparing for their day in court. Right now getting coached by their lawyers, either preparing their bs answers, or getting ready to sell each other out. And didn't even mention the governors/politicians who we're "incentivized" to use dominion machines. I'm gonna love seeing all the guilty democrats turn on each other, a bloodbath. A monkey could figure out to resolve this bet LATER than sooner. the truth is so clear... let's hope Americans make right choice.

No doubt in my mind they were contracted by democrats to give biden the votes he needed to just barely beat trump on election night. Too bad they needed a lot more than they thought. And Nick ikonomakis (co-owner of dominion) was on ground zero in Detroit on election night at TCF center. One of his contracted workers, under oath said her whole shift was just filled with fraudulent activity. So where is nick and any dominion employees across many states, why not 1 go on CNN and clear their name?

In georgia, they told everyone they would stop counting and told everyone to leave, couple people stay behind, pull ballots from under a table and start counting through the night. Next morning biden gets a jump in votes. Col. Phil Waldron Testimony… where he explains the history of dominion machines and how it’s designed for election fraud. And there’s 100% chance he will get data evidence if he and his team has access to the voting machines.
