The candidate that wins 270+ Electoral College votes at the 2020 presidential election will be settled as winner. Any subsequent events will have no effect on the settlement of this market.

If no candidate wins 270+ Electoral College votes, we wait and the person chosen as President will be settled as winner.

If Trump or Biden are replaced as candidates for any reason before the election this proposition will be settled as a Republicans vs Democrats proposition.

So, use your critical thinking skills for a moment. Is there verifiable fraud that can be proven? Yes, there is, you can prove it easily right now by comparing the voting results with prisoners that currently imprisoned and cannot vote. I've seen these "studies" that detail absurd things like only 32 fraudulent votes out of a billion votes casted. This is objectively false, you can find more illegal votes right now by yourself searching through county prisons and comparing them to voting record

I see 0 panic there or anything about him complaining about losing money. The facts are extremely straightforward. Mail-in ballots were expected to lean heavily-democratic. There is no evidence of a fraudulent election. Investigations will be made, but it's already very difficult to commit voter fraud in the U.S, and there is nothing suggests it has ever existed in any substantial amount here.

Also predicted @Thundy was the very debunked, very announced-in-advance-by-Trump series of claims of fraud they'd be making, dead people voting, etc. These claims have been investigated since Trump started cracking them out in 2016 when he expected to loose then as well: voter fraud has no evidence of an effect past 0.001%. No races are in that margin.

There is zero evidence of any kind that anything untoward happened here. Step out of your MAGA bubbles and read the many articles written by educated data journalists in the days and weeks BEFORE the election that described exactly what is happening: a heavy democratic lean in mail in ballots would me initial counting of in person votes on the night would be red which would then shift blue as the postal vote came in over the following days. This was not a surprise, this was predicted. Study up.

There seems to be a ongoing controversy on mail in ballots. This could be challenged and taken into court and this process could take months. Are you going to resolve the bet when they announce the first winner or let the whole thing play out then resolve.

The results won't be verified until November 13th also in various counties, so to BetMoose, don't declare who the winner is until then. It will be factually incorrect, mail in ballots are STILL being counted.

Look at the few counties in the swing states that had "issues" counting mail in ballots and you'll come to a similar conclusion. Plenty of dead folks and prisoners voting for Biden. This bet should not be declared until this fraud is uncovered / when the supreme court makes a decision.

Check out Madison county's obituaries and compare it to the voting record, what will you see? Mass vote fraud for Biden. A mail-in ballot will count as a person’s vote unless that person sends in another mail-in ballot or votes in person, countering whatever previous ballot there was (of course, not removing those first ballots if they’re for Biden is another tactic). What you get is obvious, massive mail in fraud. This may all be a trap to point out the crooks on the left.

Trump literally urged his supporters not to vote by mail. It's not "cheat mode." It is exactly what should have been expected. You really shouldn't be surprised that most the mail-in ballots are for Biden.

@Javan I believe you are a little confused. @Loopylocksta bet 9btc and if Trump won, he would be paid out 12 btc only 3 of which would have come from the Biden pool. The other 9 are his original bet. This was a parimutuel bet. So whatever total volume is in the loser bucket, gets split between all the winners with different time multipliers applied. For example, the first guy who bet 1 btc on Biden a month ago will be paid 5 btc if Biden wins. But if you bet 1 btc yesterday, you would be paid 2
