For the purpose of this Contract, the correct value is defined as being the value published by the GALLUP on or around 6 September 2014.

This Contract has 4 Options and yes the numbers are that low ^_^ even the Cockroaches have a better approval rating ^_^.

When the correct value from GALLUP is published, I will close and settle this contract.
