US Gun Control by June 2020

Will significant regulations on firearms at the federal level be passed by June 1st, 2020?

"Significant regulations" are taken here to be requirements for registering an AR-15 as an NFA item, bans on all online ammunition sales, or requiring that standard capacity 30-round magazines be registered as NFA items. All of these would take an act of Congress to accomplish and this bet will only recognize such, as any EO to that effect would lack standing.
