Breaking news is that arrested right-wing leader, Ali Alexander has implicated at least three congressmen for helping to plan the Capitol Riot. The three that have been named are: Rep Gosar of AL, Rep Brooks of AZ, and Rep Biggs of AZ. What action, if any, resulting from this possible violation of the law and possible additional revelations will Congress take by February 20th?

Decision Logic

(A) Congress takes no official enforceable action. This could be because they don’t have enough agreeing votes to do anything, or because the accusations prove to be untrue, or because they resolve to allow law enforcement and the justice system to process any possible violations, or for any other number of reasons.
(B) Congress censures the three.
(C) Congress expels the three.
(D) Other.
Note that even as others could become caught up in this (scandal?), this bet applies only to the three above-mentioned Representatives.

@oracleon All three included that Congress takes no action for (A) to win. All three included for Congress to censure or expel for (B) or (C) to win. Option (C), other is self-explanatory.

@oracleon The logic says that, "...this bet applies only to the three above-mentioned Representatives." and, "Congress takes no enforceable action..." These statements indicate the inclusion of all three Reps. For Congress to take no enforceable action against only one or two does not make a win.

@MooseMe My understanding is that options A B and C apply to actions taken against (at least) all 3 of the named congressmen. Is that correct? It is obvious that B and C do, but A does because it mentions "accusations/violations" yes?
