What will be the next AWS reqion in Europe?

Amazon opened there first European Region (regional collection of datacenters for Amazon Web Services) in Ireland. A german region in Frankfurt followed, and a UK region just opened in London.
The next officially announced region will be opened in Paris - France.

It's likely that another region will be announced in the coming 12 months.
What will be the next AWS region after Paris?

If nobody predicts the right region - the closest bet(s) will be the winner of the bet.

Betting deadline is currently unknown - but set on 1 year from opening of the bet.
